Name generation runs on your device. Generated names and favorites are not sent to analytics. Favorites use browser localStorage, are limited to 100, and remain until you remove them or clear site storage. TXT downloads contain the names you choose to export.

Settings links contain only generator settings and a seed. They do not include favorites or free-form personal input. The server receives normal page requests; analytics page paths exclude query strings and fragments.

First-party server access statistics count page views, visitors and crawler activity without visitor cookies. IP addresses and user-agent text are processed transiently for classification; their original text is not stored in analytics.db. Raw events are retained for 14 days and daily aggregates for 90 days.

When enabled on the production site, Google Analytics 4 is a separate optional client-side statistic. In regions requiring prior consent, and when the region is unknown, no Google requests or GA cookies occur before you allow it. In other identified regions it may start by default; footer Analytics settings let you decline or revoke it at any time.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable Google Analytics in all regions. GA sends a controlled page_view without query strings, fragments, generated names or tool inputs. We do not forward analytics or advertising signals from the server.

When analytics is disabled or on a preview build, no Google Analytics assets are loaded. Browser storage failures do not prevent name generation; favorites may then remain only for the current session.

Google’s use of analytics data is described at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
